I don’t know about you, but before I started living my design I was so far off my path as a 3/5 Emotional Generator that I didn’t even know how to listen to myself…or the fact that my stomach hurt every time I tried to eat, listen to a podcast, and work at the same time was actually part of my Human Design??

Getting to learn and grow day-by-day, laying our path down brick-by-brick is a sound, sustainable way to knowing that we’re all figuring this out together, we’re not all the same, and we have different approaches to life. I know I have a different approach: thoughtfully blending Human Design with expertise from organizational consulting, and learning forward by running my own business to helping other founders streamline and scale. I’ve worn hats as an online business manager, project manager, operations specialist, systems builder, and now, Director of Events & Partnerships at SoulSpace in Cleveland, OH. Each role reinforced my commitment to cutting out the fluff, designing systems that truly work, and clearing out inefficiencies so the people behind the business can thrive outside of their work, too.
